Our appliance policies include unlimited repairs, so you can book as many as you need. Plus, there are no extra costs for parts, labour or call-outs – it’s all included in the price.

We’ll cover the cost of repairs for accidental damage, and once your manufacturer’s guarantee has ended, breakdowns as well. You can request as many repairs as you need during the policy. And if it can’t be fixed, we’ll provide a replacement model (installation and delivery costs may apply).

To book a repair under your policy, log in to your online account. From there, select the appliance that needs fixing and use our booking form. We’ll ask for a few details of the fault and then you can pick a day for the engineer visit.
